- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients, adding pepper to taste.
- Mix all well. Pour into greased dish.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until top begins to brown.

Yummy! I made double batch and took it too our family Easter dinner. There was only a small amount left to take home. This is a very yummy and easy recipe. I was afraid to put the salt in because of the saltines, but it did need extra salt anyway. It took about an extra 20 minutes to cook because I doubled it.

My cooking experience began when I was a little girl. Momma would always call me to the kitchen when it was time to cook. I can remember sitting on the counter waiting to crack the eggs. I have always enjoyed cooking especially for my family. We have always centered our family gatherings around a "great meal". Thanksgiving and Christmas seem to be my favorite times of the year. Lots of family, friends and good, down home cookin'!!!! I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 loving children who really enjoy being my taste testers!! I am a nurse by day and "passionate chef" by night. Cooking is truely my passion.
