ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed or 4 ears fresh corn
• 1 cup chopped ripe mango
• 1⁄2 cup chopped red pepper
• 1⁄3 cup chopped red onion
• 1 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
• 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
• 1⁄3 cup chopped cilantro
• 1⁄4 cup lime juice

directions

1. MIX all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Refrigerate.

This is my favorite salsa recipe. I first ate it at a friends house and couldn't get enough. We eat it like a salad too. Yummy.
