  4. I am a huge mango fan. Found this recipe and it was excellent! A couple of changes I made was that I used an entire jalapeno pepper as we love heat. We are also not fans of cilantro so I used curly chopped parsley. Served it with chipotle marinated chicken breasts one night and a pork loin the next night. Couldn't throw out the leftovers so we used it as a dip with nachos the next night. So many uses for this recipe.
     
  5. Just made this. Added a bit of salt and pepper, and it was perfect! I could just eat this out of a spoon!
