  1. I use this recipe often, and it's always a hit. It tastes even better with chopped tomatoes, green onions and black olives on top!

  2. I'm so glad you were the "featured chef" today. Otherwise I might have missed this recipe! Perfect for Sunday afternoon snacking. I also used Fritos Scoops with mine. With teenagers around we'll be making this often.

  3. Great Appetizer. Made for Spring 07 PAC.

  4. Serve this with Frito Scoops and you can't go wrong! Yummmm! Thanks

  5. there are several of this recipe on 'zaar under various names and they are ALL wonderful! KingJackQueen was absolutely right when he said it's the first appetizer to disappear. If you have hungry teenagers this is a sure-fire success! I sprinkle the top with cayenne and usually use shredded mexican 4-cheese. Try it - you'll love it!

I was born, raised and reside in the mid west. I've been in the restaurant business for 30 years. For fun I just love to hang with my best friend who is my new soul mate. My all time favorite cook book is the internet. What a resource. My passion is perfect food. Love to wow them. If I have a pet peeve it would be when people say to tell the truth when starting a conversation. Are they implying that they don't always tell you the truth? That month off thing, Fish, hunt & look for that perfect recipe on the net.
