DIRECTIONS

  • Saute the potatoes in hot oil until golden. Drain.
  • Saute the onions in the butter until soft.
  • Layer the potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
  • Add the stock and garnish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
