Bisquick Chicken Fingers created by Stephanie M.

This recipe is quick and easy.I got the recipe off of a bisquick box. Yummy and lower in fat than fried chicken fingers.

This is the Bisquick box recipe - it was ok. The flavor was good but I was hoping for a crispier coating without over cooking the chicken. Wondering if I skipped the butter drizzle if it would have been crispier. I have better recipes so won’t repeat this one.

We loved this recipe BUT the best part, the kids loved it 2 yr, 9 yr and 11 yr old. And they are picky :) Used seasoning salt instead of garlic and no paprika.

Instead of garlic SALT , I used garlic powder. I also added a half teaspoon of parlsey. I also use the frozen foster farms chicken tenders and not whole or sliced breast.
