Overall a super easy and tasty recipe. The only thing I didn't care for was using water as the base - the sauce was just a bit thin for my liking. I did add some garlic and bell peppers and used only one onion instead.

This was very good and my whole family enjoyed it, which is amazing. Next time I will try reducing the liquid in half and I will try baking them for less time; they were a little dry.

I didn't have brown sugar so I used a bit of Light Maple Syrup instead. I also added applesauce to the top of each chop to add a little extra flavor. My family is very picky so they pushed the applesauce off the meat when it was time to eat but the flavor was great.
