Yummmmmyy! Barb this is so easy and so tasty! DH didn't even notice there was no meat (a rarity lol!). I realized after I started making it that I only had 4 ounces of cream cheese, so I used heavy cream instead of milk (about 1 cup) and added some mozzarella to the cream cheese mixture and it turned out great! Very tasty and fulfilling dinner, not to mention so easy! A definite keeper here! Thanks for sharing!
