  • Trim fat from pork chops.
  • Place chops in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops in bag.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Drain chops, discarding marinade.
  • Grill over medium heart about 12 to 15 minutes until chops are done, turning once halfway through grilling.

    Oh My God !! What a delicious dinner we had. The marinade is FANTASTIC !!! And they were so easy to prepare. This is a Keeper for me. Cant wait to try again. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

    Wow, what a great meal. I only got to marinate these for about an hour, then cooked them on the barbeque. I poured some of the marinade on the steaks during cooking. Can't wait to have these chops again. Thanks for sharing this keeper.

    Very good. Marinated mine overnight. Cooked under the broiler 5 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other.

    I bought a whole scotch fillet of pork and intended to cut it into steaks. Instead I marinated it wholefor around 12 hours, then oven roasted it. It was really good but I can't wait to try this with the steaks too. The marinade is easy to assemble and smells fantastic as it cooks (tastes very good too).
