Tender & Delicious Pork Chops

My favorite pork chop dish. Does take 2 1/2 - 3 hours cooking time but easy and oh so good! I often cut down amount of seasoning salt because of the amount of soy sauce.

Good pork chops! These filled the kitchen with a wonderful aroma while they were cooking. They came out very tender too. Most of my family felt that the soy was a little overwhelming, so next time I think that I'd try cutting the soy in half. Thanks SB6 for sharing a good recipe. Congrats again on your football win.Reply
