This came out so good! I wanted a recipe that didn't call for added pectin. This was my first time making jam/jelly so I was nervous. I used a thermometer to gauge jelling point. I didn't have any issues, and it turned out perfect. Ty!

I used golden orange cyane chillies some orange some green and I increased the sugar and vinegar to half n cup each and added 2 table spoons of tomatoe sauce added. Filled a 385ml catering bottle.
