Very flavorful potato dish. I also used a touch of lemon instead of the peel and used regular balsamic vinegar. I finished mine off on the grill. I cut the recipe in half and we truly enjoyed it with our dinner. The onions had a nice sweet tart taste and the potatoes came out nice and tender yet held their sharp. Thanks for posting a delicious recipe. This one is going in my top 2009 cookbook. :)

I thought these were really good! My girls think they taste similar to German potatoes. I used the stovetop, though I'm sure they would've been really nice on the grill as well. I used lemon juice instead of lemon peel and regular balsamic vinegar instead of white. Very tasty and we all love them. Thanks!
