This is another one my mom would throw together at the last minute for potlucks. The plate never came back with any leftovers, which always made us sad. I even requested that she serve this at my bridal shower!

Yummy as advertised! I used kalamata olives as they were on hand. Otherwise made as directed, though I like the previous reviewers idea of adding ham and might try that next time. Thanks for sharing!

- Spread cream cheese in light to moderate thickness, depending on how much you like cream cheese. (This taste great with non-fat or low-fat cream cheese as well).
- Spread thin layer of Salsa over cheese.
- Layer with sliced olives.
- Roll tortillas and slice into appetizer sized pieces (approx 1/2 inch).
