  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute squash until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic; saute 1 minute.
  4. Add water, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer until squash is tender, 6-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in basil.
