- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 4 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 -8 ounce monterey jack pepper cheese (i use the cubes)
directions
- Mix chicken, beans, broth & salsa in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs add cheese -- continue cooking until cheese
- is melted. Serve with tositos & sour cream.
