1. This was very easy to prepare and I enjoyed it very much. I chopped the nuts quite finely, but given the richness of the sauce, I would have done better to grind them more finely, which I would do another time. I served this with cheese tortellini, a delicious supper and very filling, a little goes a long way! Thank you awalde! made for PRMR tag game

 2. I liked how simple this was to put together, I enjoyed the flavor combination of the walnuts with the parm. I did find it to be very rich and think it would make a nice side dish rather than having it as the main entree. Thanks for sharing awalde! Made for ZWT 7 by a Food.commando

 3. This was quick to put together and had a nice creaminess to it. I didn't use the processor, just a nut chopper and ground the walnut really small; nice time I may use the processor as it was a little too crunchy for me. Served with mushroom and thyme ravioli it was a great combo. Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #49.

 4. This really exceeded my expectations. While I wouldn't have this sauce every time I have pasta I have to say that it's a wonderful change of pace and it would be a great way to treat your dinner guests to something a bit different. This sauce is savory but has an elusive hint of sweetness. I didn't use the processor and the nut crunch added a lot to the enjoyment.

 5. Absolutely yummy! Made as suggested for DH which was a big hit. Great no-fuss-recipe! For myself I used cashew cream and nutritional yeast to make it dairy free and had it with gluten free pasta - very creamy and yummy, too!
Thanks for posting!
Made for National Diabetes Month.
