We love this cake! It's very easy to throw together, and it's a nice dense serious snack cake. Ours came out almost brownie-like in texture. We weren't big fans of the frosting though and will do something different on top next time, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But all in all, I have found a new cake recipe that I will continue to use over and over! Great cake! Made for PAC Fall 09.

Heya :) I'm Adrienne, and I am on the lookout for Moroccan recipes. My fiance is from Morocco and I am dying to whip up traditional dishes for him. He would instruct me himself, however, he only speaks french. I speak french pretty well, but because I don't know EVERY WORD used in cooking yet, it makes things a bit difficult while trying to get measurements and things like that precise. I will be uploading some of my family's ancient recipes. Hopefully when we finish the semester, he will have the time and patience to teach me some truly authentic Moroccan dishes. :) Until then I will upload my grandmother and mother's recipes.
