- 1 kg margarine
- 3 1⁄4 kg sugar
- 1 liter milk
- 1215 g condensed milk
- 40 ml vanilla extract

- Put Margerine, Sugar and Milk in a large pot and cook whilst stirring constantly until temperature reaches 106 deg Celsius When buzzer sounds, add Condensed Milk and continue cooking whilst stirring constantly.
- When second buzzer sounds at 121 deg. C., add 40ml of Vanilla Extract.
- Remove fudge from heat and submerge into large pot with cold water. Beat for approx 5 minutes.
- Pour fudge into 4 clean trays and allow to set for 10 minutes, then cut.
