Twice Baked Ham and Cheese Potatoes

I never had anything like this before, and we really loved it! Nothing better than cheese and potatoes in my book!

  1. Bake potatoes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour until soft.
  2. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out insides, leaving a firm shell.
  4. Place potato pulp, cheddar cheese, milk, ham, sour cream, onion salt, pepper, and butter in a mixing bowl.
  5. Beat at high speed until smooth.
  6. Fill potato shells with mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with paprika or parsley.
