- 453.59 g elbow macaroni, cooking according to package
- 354.36 g 97% fat-free cooked turkey, rinsed and drained
- 29.57 ml vinegar
- 29.57 ml olive oil
- 177.44 ml mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml dried parsley
- 4.92 ml minced garlic
- 118.29 ml diced yellow bell pepper
- 118.29 ml slice scallion
- 14.79 ml minced basil
- 354.88 ml cherry tomatoes, sliced in 1/2
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 4.92 ml black pepper
directions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the macaroni till well combined. Then toss in the macaroni. Chill for a couple hours to overnight.
- Season with salt if desired.
- Toss before serving.
