  1. This was a great salad. I only had a little feta cheese left from cooking Greek meals all week, but the dressing was great and made up for my small amount of feta. I also skipped the onion slices, used the green onion in the dressing. Made for ZWT6

  2. If I could give this recipe more stars I would! It was hands down delicious. I made it for the 4th of July and everyone wanted the recipe. I only had spicy brown mustard so I used that and added about a TBS of honey. Thanks you, this recipe will be in our family forever!

  3. I Love Feta & Tomatoes so I love this salad.

  4. This one is a keeper, Parsley! Deliciously fresh, it also made for a beautiful presentation. I loved the tangy dressing and next time I think I will make even more of it, as I heaped it liberally over my salad. Yum! Can't wait for a few more weeks when I can pick these ingredients from the garden. We will definitely be enjoying this again. Made for ZWT4.

  5. This was SOOOOooooo good. The feta cheese had a nice tangy taste along with the Dijon mustard. It was very easy to make and everyone in the family liked it. I can't wait to take this to our next family get together!!! I have never had Feta cheese before, but it is differently my new favorite cheese! A trick I learned from Food Network was to soak your red onion in ice water if it was to hot. I did that and it really works. I dried the onions before adding them to the salad. Thank you for a wonderful recipe! Made for Zaar World Tour 2006
