"Perfect for anytime, mayonnaise-free so it doesn't spoil fast! This recipe has made the men in my life (who had sworn off cabbage from their diets) actually crave coleslaw. It's true."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 2-4 bags of slaw

ingredients

• 1 medium yellow onions, chopped or 1 medium sweet onion
• 1 cup sugar
• 2⁄3 cup white vinegar
• 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 cups canola oil

directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute.
2. Store tightly capped in fridge and chill overnight
3. Before tossing with slaw, shake well.
