  1. Let me be the fifth to say, "Delicious." I used Elmotoo's Recipe #191380, skim milk (I try LOL) and French roast coffee. Super drink, Ev!

  2. All my favorite flavors! Thanks for a yummy drink Ev, it was a real treat after Christmas shopping all day. Nick's Mom

  3. Made as directed and then topped with whipped cream and chocoate covered coffee beans!

  4. We love, love, love this! 10 Star recipe! Instead of the cream we used vanilla ice cream (it also wasn't necessary to use ice cubes!) We have found a new use for vanilla vodka! Thank you Evelyn!

  5. Okay, this was absolutely delicious. I didn't have vanilla vodka, used plain and added a small amount of vanilla extract, also used Bailey's instead of Kahlua, which may have changed the taste slightly - but it was good on one of our all time high temp days!

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
