- 354.88 ml cubed whole wheat bread
- 887.21 ml cubed sourdough bread or 887.21 ml potato bread
- 453.59 g pork sausage
- 236.59 ml diced onion
- 177.44 ml chicken broth
- 59.16 ml butter, melted
- 12.32 ml dried sage
- 177.44 ml chopped celery
- 7.39 ml dried rosemary
- 2.46 ml dried thyme
- 1 medium apple, cored & chopped
- 177.44 ml craisins
- 78.78 ml chopped fresh parsley
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Toast breadcubes for 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the celery, onion, until translucent. Add the apple and herbs. Cook sausage separately, and add to the onion mix. Add the broth, and cook until all comes to a boil
- Add celery & onion mixture to the bread cubes. Stir to combine.
- Bake at 350° until done.
