This was outstanding! We swore we ordered take out (only better made at home). This will be made a lot. Thank you for posting. *I tripled the sauce only using 1/2 T. of fish sauce (Red Boat) and 1/2 t. salt. Used 1/2 lb ground turkey (needed to use it up) and added in some sliced onion. I can’t wait to try this using chicken. I can see many variations of this!

this is truly a no-fail recipe. i wanted to try it be/c i had some rice noodles taking up space in my panty and because of its awesome reviews. i didn't have chicken or asparagus, or chili-garlic sauce/sambal oelek and this thing still turned out well. i replaced the chicken with shrimp and replaced the asparagus with peas. i used ketchup and chili flakes in place of the chili-garlic sauce. this is seriously so yummy! i can't wait to try the "real deal" when i have all of the ingredients!

Oooooooooooooh (you didn't put enough O's in your title) this is good.. :) Loved It.. I used Egg Noodles instead of Rice- just cause' I was LAZY and didn't want to go to the store.. Came out GREAT! Next time I think I will use salt instead of fish sauce, the smell of that stuff is enough to make a drunk sober.. ;) Also added in two diced carrots.. YUM! YUM! YUM! Thanks for an easy, healthy, inexpensive meal.. :) Will for sure make again..
