Thai Peanut Sauce for Satay

This combines the peanut sauce recipe from with the one found in my Thai cookbook, Cracking the Coconut.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  3. Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until thick. Continue to stir often.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
