Before getting on with the review I have this to say," I'm pleased to be the first one to rate this recipe.":)Now on with the review, this was made for the " Garlic Event " in the Food Photo Forum. I'm going to be pretty honest with the all the mistakes that I made.First of all I didn't read the instrutions properly, the chili powder and garlic salt( added garlic powder by mistake) was added to the meat and onion mixture. Then, after putting the sauce in the pan(this time the right ingredients were added to the sauce)I didn't grease it.And after prepping and placing the tortillas in the pan and pouring the sauce over them, I realized the cheese wasn't added to the tortillas. So,I just went ahead and put all the cheese over the sauce and baked for 25 minutes or so. I topped my portion with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber ranch salad dressing. Despite all the mistakes that I encountered with this recipe, it was very good and will be made again. Thank you for posting and," Keep Smiling :) "
