  1. shred the cabbage and stir fry for 2 min with oil and butter then sprinkle with salt and simmer gently for 5 to 6 minute.
  2. mix sauce ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minute.
  3. transfer cabbage to serving dish and pour sauce over the cabbage and serve.
