Sugar Cookies

"These cookies are VERY easy to make, and are awesome."

• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 24-36 cookies
• Serves: 12-18

ingredients

• 3 3⁄4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup Crisco shortening
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup milk

directions

1. Cream Crisco and Sugar together.
2. Add eggs, beating between each addition.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Add milk and vanilla.
5. Using a large spoon, drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
7. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on tops before baking.
