Stuffed Biscuits

- 10 refrigerated biscuits
- 453.59 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 226.79 g can tomato sauce

- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- ground cumin
- parsley (can be flakes, I used fresh)
- grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Saute onion till soft, add garlic, ground beef and brown it till done, drain the fat, add tomato sauce and all the spices. Cook for a few minutes more, till the liquid evaporates, or the beef mixture will thicken.
- Flatten the biscuits, so you can fit them in the muffin pan, fill it with the beef mixture and bake it for approx 20 minute Sprinkle with cheese and place it back in the oven till it melts.

This is super easy to make, most things are always on hand in my kitchen, and its always a hit with my friends and family. Its really convenient to take to work for lunch too (depending on the size of your muffin pan - you can fit four of these perfectly in a tupperware dish). Thanks for sharing this recipe!
