  1. Rinse, dry and hull the strawberries.
  2. Puree them with the water and sugar. Taste and adjust the flavor with a few drops of lemon or kirsch if needed. Freeze according to the instructions for your ice cream maker.

So very good! I used lemon juice and just froze it in the freezer in a plastic container overnight. Took it out, let it soften just a little,then scraped it with fork tines. Love it!
