SPRING PAC 2008: One word description: OUTSTANDING! This was a special treat for my daddy when he got out of the hospital as he had lost 21 pounds and needed to get some weight back on him. The flavor of the cheesecake and the glaze made with fresh strawberries was just out of this world. The texture was creamy and the cake turned out beautifully.
