Steven's Chili 2.0

This is my basic chili recipe modified just a bit.

• Prep Time: 10 mins
• Cook Time: 1 hrs

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (85/15%) or 1 1/2 lbs turkey
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
• 1 (15 ounce) can white kidney beans
• 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
• 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salsa (use el pato mexican sauce, but if you can't find, use same size can of salsa)
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 ounce dark chocolate
• 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth

Directions:

1. Brown meat and garlic together.
2. Add onion powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
3. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
