This is different but very tasty. I was surprised how much I liked it. I put 1/4 cup raisins in (instead of currants) and used only 1 skinless chicken breast (to serve 2 people) but kept all the other measurements the same. In the last two hours of cooking I added some chopped green beans to bulk it out some more. I served it over brown rice. Altogether I was very happy with the results and will make this again.

  1. Mix flour, ginger, mustard, curry powder and mixed spice.
  2. Dredge chicken in mixture and place in crockpot.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat.
  4. Cook on low for 7 hours.
