  1. Wonderful recipe Dancer. We enjoyed the steak prepared this way. It was so tender and delicious. The gravy was spot on. The dh was a very happy man. We will be enjoying this again and again. Made for What's on the Menu? Tag Game.

  2. I made this yesterday and it is excellent, I only had to cook mine in a 275 degree oven for 2 1/2 hrs. and it was sooo tender. I will be making this alot. Thank you Dancer

  3. This steak smelled soooo good while it baked! I just wish I had used low-sodium bouillon, because it was a bit too salty. Other than that, the meat was very tender, and the sauce was wonderful over mashed potatoes. Next time, I will double the sauce, simply because it is so yummy! I used sliced baby 'bella mushrooms- thanks for posting this!!

  4. Excellent and so simple. We loved it. The meat was tender and just fell apart. I used "Beefy Onion" soup mix and canned mushrooms. We got 2 servings as well. A keeper for sure.

  5. I used three pounds of sirloin steaks and followed the recipe as written other then instead of putting it in the oven, I put it in my crock pot and cooked for four hours on low. This was very good and easy to make. I made noodles and placed the steaks on top of them.
