- 907.18 g raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 118.32 ml butter, melted
- 354.88 ml sliced mushrooms
- 44.37 ml onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 44.37 ml flour
- 118.29 ml chicken broth
- 118.29 ml milk
- 118.29 ml white wine
- 4.92 ml catsup
- 2.46 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 7.39 ml dill weed
directions
- Saute shrimp in half the butter for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- Saute mushrooms in remaining butter. Add onion and garlic, stirring until tender.
- Add flour, consomme, milk, and wine. Whisk to combine and cook until thick.
- Add catsup and worcestershire to this mixture.
- Remove from heat and blend in sour cream and dill.
- Add shrimp to mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve over rice or linguine.
