Very easy to put together. Good with baked ham.

This was really good and really easy. I substituted evaporated goat milk as my son has a milk allergy but it was incredibly creamy and delicious. I always go on the lighter side with salt and heavy on the pepper so salt wasn't an issue for us. Lots of family compliments - thanks!

  1. Put sliced potatoes into a 1 quart casserole dish.
  2. Pour evaporated milk over them.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes, or until done.
