ingredients
- 29.58 ml butter
- 29.58 ml flour
- 236.59 ml milk
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 14.79 ml dry sherry
- 14.79 ml Dijon mustard
- 2.46-4.92 ml Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Combine last 5 ingredients in a large glass measuring cup.
- Heat to just warm in microwave to help dissolve bouillon.
- Melt butter in saucepan on low.
- Add flour and stir until smooth and bubbly.
- Add Milk mixture and heat.
