  • Cook fettuccine according to instructions on the package.
  • In a large skillet heat oil over moderate heat.
  • Add scallions and garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add squash and ccok for 3 minutes.
  • Add salmon, broth water and salt and cook for 5 minutes or until salmon flakes.
  • In a bowl combine sour cream and flour.
  • Whisk into skillet and simmer 3 minutes until sauce thickens. (Whisk in more flour if needed).
  • Add dill and lemon.
  • Serve the mixture over the noodles.

  1. This had a bit to much dill for the recipe. It is good if you are looking for something low fat but are willing to sacrifice flavor for it

I'd originally rated this a 4-star recipe because of the incomplete info on fettuccini et al, but then noticed that you had a duplicate recipe that had all the infor needed!
