Overnight chilling not included in preparation time
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- salt & pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt
- Stir sour cream with mayonnaise, lemon juice and Roquefort cheese.
- Add onion salt, then salt and pepper to taste
- Chill well overnight.
