- 1 pint half-and-half
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups Irish whiskey (Canadian Club works too)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Blend until mixed well, serve cold.
- Stores up to two weeks in the refrigerator, but it's never lasted that long.
