- 591.47-709.77 ml cooked white rice
- 6 large beaten eggs
- 0.25 ml salt
- 354.88 ml granulated sugar
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 709.77 ml whole milk (or half and half )
- 2 slice French bread, cubed and buttered
directions
- Butter a 8 x 8 inch pan or a pan large enough to hold amounts.
- Mix all ingredients together, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired.
- Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
