  • Mash together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley; add to white wine.
  • Pour over rabbit; add tomatoes.
  • Cover and cook 45 minutes at slow simmer.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Cook 30 more minutes until rabbit is done.
