- 236.59 ml onion, shredded
- 118.29 ml celery, shredded
- 118.29 ml bell pepper, diced
- 29.58 ml garlic, diced
- 396.89 g jar chicken stock
- 396.89 g jar spaghetti sauce
- 566.99 g bottle red wine
- 118.29 ml flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 4.92 ml basil
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 4.92 ml thyme
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 1.23 ml cayenne pepper
- 226.79 g salmon, cut into 2-inch piecees
- 113.39 g white fish, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 113.39 g shrimp
- 118.29 ml squid ring
- 118.29 ml scallops
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 4.92 ml salt
directions
- Grate your veggies, and saute over med-high heat until transluscent.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients up to the fish. Bring to a boil, then stir and reduce over medium heat until desired consistency/flavor.
- Add in fish in the order laid out, with the scallops going in the very last- these should cook for only a few minutes (only just cooked through), as any longer will give you rubbery white pellets.
- Season to taste.

<p>I'm an American living in England, married to a fantastic guy. We have two little girls- a 3 1/2 year old extremely finnicky eater and a 6 month old who has yet to come across any flavor she doesn't like (including cauliflower, parsnip, beef, lentils, etc). Go figure.</p>
