Porcupine Meatballs

- 1 egg
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1⁄4 cup Minute Rice
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Beat egg and add two heaping tablespoons of the soup.
- Add rice, onion, parsley, onion salt, and pepper.
- Add hamburg.
- Make 1.5" balls.
- Brown in skillet.
- Mix remaining soup with worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs.
- Cover and simmer until completely cooked, about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
