Pineapple Crisp

"Wonderful addition to our monthly "game night"! So sweet it must be served with vanilla ice cream. I doubled this recipe and used a 9x13-inch pan. Believe me, it was 18 servings."

  1. Oh my....is this ever good!!!! We loved the coconut in the crust which is a perfect compliment to the pineapple. I can't wait to make it again for guests. This is a winner for sure, Padreaming.

  3. This was so easy to make and sooo good! Although it was a tad too sweet for me, my husband loved it! Next time I'll just cut some fo the sugar out.

Hi. I'm padreaming and live in Central PA. I work full time and love to cook. Problem is I made a lifestyle change 30 pounds ago and find it difficult not to cook the things I love. Baking is my favorite. How can you bake and not eat it too?!?!?!?!? <br>I enjoy reading and traveling. Hope to be able to travel alot in my later years. Trouble is I spend too much time reading romance novels and not near enough time planning my retirement monies ? May just spend my retirement reading instead of traveling ?
