- 1 1⁄2 lbs steak, chopped in small cubes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- black pepper
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
directions
- Combine beef broth, soy sauce, ginger, and corn starch together in small bowl and set aside.
- Heat veg oil on med high in large skillet until sizzle, add chopped steak and cook til brown. Add tomato, celery, onion, green peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add beef broth mixture and simmer until sauce thickens.
