  • Combine rest of the ingredients, heat in a saucepan and serve over meat.

  1. DH loved these pork chops! I had 7 thin sliced boneless pork chops so I doubled the sauce. Browned the chops in my electric skillet and than poured the sauce over them. Let the sauce reduce to about half and it was wonderful. I had apple cider vinegar and a brown mustard that I used for the sauce and it worked out great. A sweet and tart flavor with a hint of heat. This would be very good on ham steaks too. Made and reviewed for PAC Fall 2008.
