  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine & 1/4 cup sugar.
  2. Press into bottom of 13x9 in pan.
  3. Refrigerate while making filling.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar with mixer until blended.
  5. Add dry Jell-o, Mix well.
  6. Stir in peaches and Cool Whip.
  7. Spoon over crust.
  8. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
