"Another great recipe from "Madame Wong's Long-Life Chinese Cookbook". This is an excellent side dish with Asian style fish and rice. Really good!"

  1. Delish! I used olive oil and used chicken stock with herbs. The right amount of flavoring! Will make many times!

  2. Added (previously) sauteed sweet onions, heavier on the mushrooms and a touch more sugar. It was a delight among my guests! Worthy to be served in one of the better restaurants. (I've been a professional chef and been urged to open my own place repeatedly by my dinner guests.)

  3. Fast! Easy! Simple! Fancy! Delicious! Thanks.

  4. Made a single serving and it was very good.

  5. Fast and easy to make and tasted so good. I used the beef stock I had open. Thanks for posting. I'll be serving this again.
